Went through electronic car wash and it broke my driver's side mirror, was originally fixed by professional - ladies there would not give me owners home phone but gave business phone, of course owners not there - just the girls - a run around not to pay for mirror broken (said previously glued), well I have gone through many car washes at other places and never broke off except here - DO CHEAP TO EVEN GIVE ME MY $9 BACK FOR THE WASH....THEY DISAPPEARED, WON'T RETURN PHONE CALL OR MAIL ME THE CHECK FOR $9.00
Left with soap (and who knows what other chemicals) on my car because the self service bay didn't work properly. Had to rush home and hose off the car.
Overall the new equipment works very well but a little tweaking wouldn't hurt
Needs free vacuums like Hoffmans to get 5 stars.
