Disappointing! I've had my insurance w/State Farm for Many years.........like OVER 10 yr. now! They keep Raising the cost of it. I called the other day to inquire and was given a LOUSY response of that they can't do anything. They never even TRIED to work with me w/it! I was never questioned or other. Now it's time to change!!!! I've been overall quite happy until I see my insurance going UP EVERY MONTH! EVERY MONTH!!!! And was not even questioned to see if they could help me. I guess IF they Don't care................why Should MY BUSINESS w/them care to them???
