Food and drinks were great! Service sucked! She forgot to take our order after putting in for our apps. Never asked if we wanted dessert, just brought over our check half way through our meal.
The Applebee's employees are efficient and 1000% first class and they. 100% do a great job and it's always fun there. Shout out to my boy Chase, best bartender ever. I love you TONS bro.
We say at the bar and got immediate service. They have several specially drinks that are super delicious. Not many vegan options. Fries were very tasty
But the waitress was horrible. She would walk quick past me and ask of all was ok. Never really took her time to ask. She brung us a tray to take home food and not even a bag till we asked. I also asked what were the sides ...she told me. And i choose one. At the end there was an upcharge for what i chose. She never even explained that to me. Bad service. Will not go back

The hostess Lisa was perfect very attentive she went above and beyond for us and even gave us a better table and was very attentive to our children while we were waiting for our waitress to take our orders you're very helpful very respectful the waitress was rate the bartender perfectly mixed drinks no problem with it the food came out awesome we will definitely be back to the Johnstown Applebee's
