Went to johnstown ny wendy's... Very nice staff and quick service... I meet a man name Mitch believe he is a manager or supervisor he was very very nice and polite..
Every single time I go to Wendy's I ask for no mayonnaise and they always put it on my burger anyway. Well I decided to try again and got two burgers with no mayo. What do I find when I get home? Mayo on one burger and ketchup on the other! They also did not give us straws this time either! Just another crappy experience for me at Wendy's.
Very disappointed. Burger was cold. .fries tasted old. .had to go up twice because they messed up order and forgot things.
