Car services are good but they have no internal communication. They send lots of email but apparently do not read any. It is very annoying to get an email saying you missed an appointment when you did not miss the appointment. This has happened twice. It is annoying to get an email confirming an incorrect date. They do not show an email address and the lack of internal communication makes it unlikely that they will ever correct the problem. Makes me wonder about the real quality of their services.

My wife owns a 2011 Ford Fiesta in which she experienced considerable noise coming from the transmission. The car was brought to both Brown's Ford locations over the years to make numerous attempts at resolving this mechanical problem. Each time resulted in no resolution. Recently I was able to speak directly with Mr. Derek Brown who took the time to listen to my wife and I's concerns. Mr. Brown reviewed documentation of all the work that was completed on my wife's car. He then went for a ride with my wife and made the diagnosis that something was clearly wrong with the vehicle. The Johnstown dealership provided my wife with a loaner and within a week fixed her vehicle. It's been about 2 weeks and the car is driving and handling like brand new. I would like to personally say thank you to Derek for taking time to listen to us and resolve this problem. I own a 2014 Ford Fiesta which exhibits the same mechanical problem my wife's did. When time permits, my plan is to see if my Fiesta can be repaired as well.

I inherited my mother's 1999 Ford Escort. She used this garage exclusively. After putting in a new engine, her car is still running and getting me places. They are always friendly, fair, and will give you the bad news, if there is bad news, in a way that you will understand.
