I had a problem with a larger dealership in Saratoga where I had previously purchased 3 cars and when it came to buying a new one, we had a "misunderstanding" as to what we had agreed upon. The manager was too busy to talk with me. I called Steet and spoke with John Flint and told him the situation and the price I was willing to pay for the new car. John located the same car and not only match my price, but added interior and exterior protection and there was no transport fee! This was excellent customer service. My check engine light and trac off light came on while heading home from a business stop. This was a problem as I live near Cape Cod and could not chance driving home to set up an appointment at my local shop. I asked the service advisor Jacklynn if they could squeeze me in but she said they were booked for the day. When I explained my circumstances she said she would get me in at 1:00pm if I could wait. At 1:50pm she came out and told me my truck was all set. It had been a minor issue with a srnsor for the camshaft the checked, reset and road tested. Nothing to but sign and go! Thank you so much!
