Today we are walking away with a 2017 Chevy Malibu with 8 miles on it! We are please thus far with it. Due to them going out of there way to help us with getting out of our old SUV, my husband and I will come back to work with Toby personally. He didn’t discredit our credit and he was judgment free.
So after my last review I got a phone call from Toby apologizing for the last sales reps mistakes and remarks. I also got a phone call from the finance manager as well also apologizing for the reps behavior. With all of that being said they were able to keep us in our budget, price range and needs. Toby and the manager did go above and beyond to make things right.
Received flyer and got an appointment. While waiting decided to check couple cars and found what I was looking. While in parking lot called and spoke with Heather, who suppose to send me sales person to car's location. After waiting for 20 min decided to go inside and was told to wait next to car. I tried to give stock number but nobody could find it on their system. Appointment was scheduled at 5:30 pm and finally got really nice gentlemen who was directed to me at 6:47 pm. I understand that they are busy but would suggest to visit if u got some extra time.
Came in last Friday driving a '97 Honda to look at jeeps. Ended up spotting a 2016 Subaru WRX Premium and just had to have it. Jeremy was great! In just a couple hours, all the paperwork was done and I literally could've drove it home that day! I opted to pick it up on Saturday though because I was headed in to work and they gave me a loaner for the day and over $3000 for my old car with almost 230,000 on it! Seriously, go see these guys! With just two paystubs and a bill with your address on it for proof of residency, you can get that nicer newer vehicle you didn't even know you needed until you see it
I didn’t buy a vehicle but I had some car trouble and I can honestly say I had a great experience. My car is working perfectly, and the repair was done the day after I brought it there. Easy, fast and convenient.
I've purchased a few cars in my day. This was the best process and experience I've had. The salesman, Ryan, was knowledgeable and straight to the point. I told him my budget, he had a few chats with the financial team, and we reached a great price. The financial manager Larry also went above and beyond. He got me the best financing and was very helpful with getting me a dealer warranty. I would like to thank the team and anyone that made them successful.
